Processing time
We aim to process all orders within 5 business days. However, during periods of high order volume, processing may take up to 10 business days. Once your order is placed, you'll receive an order confirmation email at the address you provided during checkout. When your order is packed and a shipping label is generated, you'll receive tracking information via email to the same address. For any tracking inquiries, please reach out to kelli@flufblankets.com.

Shipping
We offer discounted USPS/UPS shipping at $5. Orders of $75 or more qualify for free ground shipping.

Returns & Exchanges
As a super small business, we lack the capacity to handle exchanges and returns at this time. If you're genuinely dissatisfied with your order or encounter any issues, kindly email kelli@flufblankets.com within 5 days of delivery, and we'll work together to address your concerns promptly.

Damaged Items
If you've received a damaged item, please email us within 5 days of delivery, including photos of the damage. If the item is in stock, we'll exchange it for you. If it's no longer available, you'll receive a refund. Contact us at kelli@flufblankets.com.

Lost or Stolen Packages
For lost or stolen packages, buyers must contact UPS or USPS to file a claim directly.

Donation and Impact
Our founder, Kelli, is deeply committed to supporting impactful, often volunteer-run rescue communities. We try to ensure that 100% of our donations go directly to pets in need. If you have a rescue or shelter in mind that could benefit from our help, please reach out to kelli@flufblankets.com with your suggestion.
